There is a bit of sanding On the handle edge from stock number removal - barely noticeable. Very nice overall and presentable tool with lots of use left in it. Each file has light grinding as pictured from stock number removal, usually removing the made in Portugal stamp well. The files are made in Portugal bastard cut mill some of them have minor surface rust - not affecting performance which cleans easily with a file brush.
